The Bottom Line
The OxGord Executive 100% waterproof 7-layer car cover is a high quality car cover that comes in 7 different sizes, fitting most vehicles very well. This is not a cheaply made cover and the price, compared to more budget-friendly options, reflects that accordingly. Materials are heavy-duty and it comes with a storage bag, built-in grommets and a drawstring for secure fastening. Great cover for a reasonable price.
We rate this cover 4.3 out of 5 stars. Let’s take a closer look!

What You Get
One car cover (gray in color) with elastic hems around the corners, built-in tie-down grommets and drawstring. It also comes with a handy storage bag as well as an antenna pouch.
Features & Benefits
With an MSRP of around $200 (it can be found for under $100 online), depending on the size you need, this car cover is a bit more expensive than some of the other more budget-friendly options we’ve reviewed in the past. Having said that, we feel it is worth the extra investment, as it will last longer and provide better protection for your vehicle.

This cover is made with more high quality materials as well. The hem and seams are reinforced and even though the hem doesn’t go around the full length of the cover, the cover stays well put in all sorts of weather situations.
The material consists of a whopping 7 layers in total, with 5 layers of spunbond polypropylene, 1 layer of microporous film and 1 layer of soft cotton. All this combined provides a 100% water resistant protective barrier for your precious vehicle. This not only protects your car from rain or snow, it also provides proper protection against harmful UV rays and greenhouse effect temperatures inside your vehicle. Your upholstery, paint and interior finish are properly protected this way.

Exactly how many years of warranty you get is not specified, but the manufacturers website ensures that if you have a defective product they will cover it and do what they can to provide a solution.
So, How Does It Perform?
As mentioned previously, it is a little bit more expensive than some of the more basic covers out there. Having said that, the quality and durability of the OxGord Executive Storm-Proof car cover is much better than your average product out there.
The material holds up and performs very well. It is nice and thick, waterproof as advertised and keeps away rain and snow from ever getting through to your vehicle. You will have no problems using this cover inside or outdoors and can expect it to perform very well.

Fit is good overall, but make sure you perform accurate measurements of your vehicle and order the correct size. We’ve heard stories of these covers running a bit large, so keep that in mind when ordering online. Built-in grommets and a drawstring ensure that you can properly tie it down in case of windy weather.
What Buyers Are Saying

- Could use some more tie-down grommets.
- Hefty product, somewhat difficult to install for smaller persons.
- Great quality materials, holds up well over time.
[…] The fabric is nice and soft and although not 100% waterproof, it does provide adequate protection against rain and snow. If you are in an area that gets a lot of rain or snow and ice, we would recommend to invest in a more heavy-duty cover. The cover’s materials are high-grade and strong, though perhaps not as good as the previously reviewed OxGord Executive car cover. […]
I have 4 executive storm-proof car covers, the 1st one is better than the others, it was also more expensive, Seal tape seems and a lifetime warranty(on the 1st one), we’ll see how that works out, but I’m happy with it so far
