The HULKMAN Alpha85 is the strongest choice when USB capability itself is a priority. Its 74Wh battery, 18W USB-C PD, 18W Quick Charge output, fast input charging, and 2000A vehicle capability make it a much more capable portable power source.
For most drivers, I would choose the NOCO GB40 for simplicity and portability. If I expected to charge phones frequently, travel extensively, or use the same jump starter as a substantial portable power bank, I would move to the HULKMAN Alpha85.
